The interviews are upbeat and positive, and reflects our own enjoyment of food, wine and the dining experience. We all enjoy talking with some of the region's best chefs and restaurant owners and discovering what makes them special.

The New England dining scene boasts some of the world's finest restaurants and we want to tell you about them. You will hear from the owners and executive chefs about the concepts behind their establishments, their food and wines and what makes them a place where you might like to go for a meal. Each interview ends with our trademark "Fast Review", which gives you the low down on prices, parking, contacts, etc. The program also includes one of several special segments, for example our Charity Events, Children's Selections, Food Facts, Wine News and other features.
